Today I'm happy to tell you about Paper Dining, a stylish way to add a personal element to your reception table settings. Learn more about these artisan-designed paper placemats and read about Wendy's unique concept and the creative ways she can customize her product to suit your wedding design.
What inspired the Paper Dining concept?
With a creative and entrepreneurial mind that is in continual motion (our company motto is “never knowingly off duty”), along with a passion for unique products and designs, during an evening socializing and dining with friends, Paper Dining was born.
How can Paper Dining enhance the decor at a wedding?
Paper Dining is so wonderfully versatile and unique. Not only does it allow the wedding couple to have their table settings personally customized, it makes their wedding tables one-of-a-kind! Paper Dining is affordable, disposable, keepsakeable (is that a word!) completely unique, hand designed and the most fun ever! The custom-designed Place Mats add flair and a certain joie de vivre!
What customizable options are available?
We have an initial complimentary consultation to find out the vision of the wedding couple and then we design.
The Place Mats (there are two sizes) can have whatever message and design wanted, however there are some elements that are not advisable (such as full colour photos). Black ink works best and colour is an option.
What materials do you use when creating the placemats? Are they eco-friendly?
Our signature paper is a textured Kraft that is 100% recyclable and follows forest conservancy practices (we care about that!). The black ink used is soya based.
Our creative design services also include other elements that the wedding couple might want us to do for them: designs for wedding invitations, save the date, engagement announcements, place cards, table cards, signage and so forth. We can also assist with the arrangements for printing through the many companies we do business with.
There is one last point I would like to add – our service is impeccable: we are attentive, answer communications in a timely fashion and meet deadlines.
