This week, a talented team of vendors bring us a dreamy, archery-inspired editorial set against the lush backdrop at Kurtz Orchards — a true Niagara gem. Every unique detail was carefully curated to be as beautiful as it was environmentally conscious and ethically sourced, from the vegan charcuterie to the plantable stationery.

‘This inspirational shoot gives off whimsical vibes at Kurtz Orchards with a colour palette of vibrant pinks and greens, accented with pearls. Every clothing item, object, ring box, and piece of jewelry used in the shoot has an eco-conscious story behind it. The ring boxes were made in Nova Scotia and inspired by beautiful Atlantic Canada. All jewellery and crowns were ethically made in Toronto. The brunch spread is 100% vegan. For the menus and stationery, we decided to use plantable herb paper that guests could take home after the wedding and plant: a fantastic zero waste idea. The colour palette is inspired by the local flowers that grow in late Ontario summers. Evyrose Design, the co-designers of the shoot, have their very own gardens where they grew everything that they created.’
