INSPIRATION BEHIND THIS editorial
Toronto wedding photographer Lisa Vigliotta shares with us: “The Glass Manor is a new wedding venue and is a part of the Cookstown Antique Mall. Through our Love Story Editorial, we wanted to highlight this beautiful wedding venue, it's beautiful light and the romance that can unfold there. With its barn ruins for the ceremony and old vintage floored reception room, The Glass Manor is perfect for intimate weddings.”

One of the most enchanting features of The Glass Manor is its unique layout and stone courtyard. The barn ruins, preserved just enough to keep their rustic character, create an unforgettable spot for a wedding ceremony — an open-air structure framed by lush greenery, where couples can exchange vows beneath the sky.

Inside, the reception room glows with character and vintage charm. With seating for up to 50 guests, the indoor reception space at Glass Manor is cozy yet elevated — think crystal chandeliers, antique tables, exposed brick walls, and thick wood beams. The space feels both intimate and inviting — ideal for couples who want their special occasion to feel like a heartfelt gathering with their closest loved ones.

Every element of the editorial was carefully styled to reflect the venue’s romantic personality. The editorial design leaned into a palette of dusty pinks, fresh greens, and soft whites, creating a look that felt both wild and refined. The bride wore an off-the-shoulder gown with layers of tulle and delicate floral appliqué — perfect for this romantic, vintage-inspired setting. Long taper candles added a soft glow to the tablescapes, and gold cutlery alongside neutral-toned stationery kept everything feeling elegant, but never overdone. Paired with the organic floral design, the entire scene felt effortlessly elegant, like a page taken from a modern-day storybook.
